Tilde exhibited its multilingual data technologies at the European Data Forum (EDF) 2016, which took place on June 29-30 in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

At the exhibit, Tilde's CEO Andrejs Vasiļjevs and Business Development Manager Tatjana Gornosaja introduced visitors to its language technology solutions -- particularly its custom machine translation and cloud terminology services -- which are instrumental for enabling access to multilingual Big Data.  The European Data Forum also presented the opportunity to share Tilde's ongoing efforts to develop an automated translation infrastructure for the European Commission, as part of the ELRC project.

The European Data Forum (EDF) is one of the key European events for industry professionals, researchers, policy makers, and members of community initiatives to discuss the challenges and opportunities of data-driven innovation in Europe. The Forum addresses all facets of data-driven innovation: infrastructure, tools, applications (including, new products and services reaching out to multilingual European audiences) as well as societal and economic impact.
