LT-Innovate includes representatives from such countries as United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Hungary, Germany, Sweden, and others.

ELRA’s missions are to promote language resources for the Human Language Technology (HLT) sector, and to evaluate language engineering technologies. ELRA offers a range of services, such as identification and promotion of production of language resources, validation and distribution of language resources, evaluation of systems, products, tools, etc., standardisation. Tilde’s Chairman of the Board is elected at the Board of ELRA.
